I have been designing for 15 years: 4 years for a kids group, 7 years in digital agencies, 4 years as a freelancer for start-up, agency and advertiser.

Since a year I work as a Senior Product Designer at ADEO company for professional customers. My initial mission: level up 4 digital products. I'm doing it by improving UX, UI, research and applying necessary changes from the official UX workflow. In this everyday work life I design journeys, mockups, prototypes, I also conduct interviews and user tests.

For over a year I was Lead Designer on the email campaigns and Product Designer on the email builder. I created innovative campaigns or redesigned campaigns to improve their efficiency. I was an impact maker for key account customers like L'Oréal, Leboncoin, Lacoste, Dior, Club Med. I also helped to design the email builder product; user feedbacks, new features, design system... With one goal: to remain among market leaders.

For more than two years I joigned the start-up to maximize the value of employee benefits and business growth. We created a digital product from scratch made for brokers, HR and employees with strong business challenges. A mobile application and a website have been created at the same time. The biggest challenge: master the domain of social benefits in order to integrate it as a product in an innovative solution. My role was also to promote product design in a resolutely tech start-up, an internal challenge.

How to accelerate the Ba&sh international deployment by redesigning their e-commerce website? How to go from a functional e-commerce website to a brand platform reflecting Ba&sh values? How to be closer to their users? I was the pre-sale Lead (UX, Art Direction, photographer's guidelines, new features, customer presentation...) and have been the Lead during all this project by supporting a design team.

The challenge: design a responsive brand platform so that ENGIE is seen as an actor of change towards ecological transition. ENGIE wants to be seen as a daily partner. We worked on how to prove their ambition. Being a digital example became obvious. This project was made few years ago and we were already trying to be eco-responsible at a digital level; a big leap into the unknown.
